Southeast Seniors is a Living at Home/Block Nurse program caring for our older neighbors since 1988.

We support neighbors 65 years+ to thrive in their homes (house/apartment) with an enhanced quality of life

by connecting them with available community support.

Our services include:

  • Rides to medical appointments and grocery shopping.

  • In-home footcare, nursing care, and professional resource coordination.

  • Monthly co-sponsored classes (Zoom/In-person) through Minneapolis Community Education.

  • Wellness clinics, including monthly blood pressure screenings.

  • Home safety assessments and assistance with some outdoor chores. (Call for details.)

  • Intergenerational programs with the University of Minnesota and Marcy Arts Magnet School.

Our vision: Seniors at home -- comfortable, connected, safe.
